How We Do Condos

Updated: Jul 13, 2020

Texas Condo Law runs on project management systems and philosophies. We strive to create efficiencies, reduce unnecessary fees and meet tight client deadlines.

Lawyers often get a bad rap for unpredictable fees, lack of transparency in billing, unresponsiveness and slow turn around times. I understand that these things are not compatible with tight deadlines for closings and construction timelines. We have worked hard to come up with better systems and processes for our clients and their projects.

Pricing

Our proposals are clear and transparent. We tailor pricing to the project, and our clients know exactly what our fees will be. Our clients have control over whether they want to take on certain legwork, or they would rather hand that legwork over to us.

Turnaround Time

We intake a project efficiently, and we gather what we need to get going quickly. From the time we have the project information, we typically turn around documents in about a week.

Virtual Intake and Work

We have always had clients across the country and across the globe doing projects here in Texas. So, we have always worked virtually with the majority of our clients. Hiring us is a virtual process, that can be easily completed same day or on your timeline. We have done project intake and management virtually for years, so we have been able to continue work seamlessly for clients through the Covid-19 crisis.
